Coordinating and supervising the accounting of the mission (accounting, treasury, audit procedures, etc.) according to the instructions of the Finance Coordinator, and in compliance with legal obligations and MSF standards and protocols in order to provide quality, reliable and transparent information to the organization on the use and allocation of resources in the mission.
Is responsible for the implementation of Human Resources policies in the mission and the correct Administrative Management of all staff working in the project (National, International, Regional, etc)

Implement Health Promotion/IEC (Information, Education, Communication)activities with patients and the local population to raise their knowledge and skills on relevant medical topics.

Execute, according to hygienic standards, housekeeping, cleaning and tiding up activities in order to en-sure public and staff private areas are in good condition.

Execute the pharmacy/medical warehouse storing activities in order to keep pharmacy stock above security level and following recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) under the supervision of the Pharmacy Supervisor, and in collaboration with the logistics team.

Providing outpatient and/or inpatient paediatric care to patients/beneficiaries according to adapted and up-dated medical knowledge, MSF protocols, values and universal hygiene standards to improve the new-born and child/beneficiaries health conditions

Carry out all activities related to entry of medical data into the mission database, according to MSF protocols and maintaining confidentiality, in order to have reliable and up to date information.

Organizing and supervising the daily supply chain activities and the teams associated, in the coordination or project level, according to MSF protocols and standards in order to ensure the optimal running of the mission.

Supervising the daily logistics activities and providing maintenance to the MSF equipment, facilities and infrastructures, according to MSF standards and protocols in order to maintain the facilities in perfect conditions and collaborate in the development of the mission.

We are launching recruitment for a Medical doctor position (General practitioner, adults) with availability asap, based in Beirut. 
It is a temporary position (up to 4 months), linked to the COVID vaccination campaign.
