The Administration/Logistics Assistant provides administration and logistics support to EDC's project

The Accountant will report to the Finance and Administration Manager and will be responsible for managing project expenditures and accounts.

The Database Manager (MIS) will assist in the design and development of a data collection and management system for the project team.

The Communications and Outreach Officer will assist project leadership to establish and guide internal and external communication protocols, application of marking and branding rules and regulations (as stipulated by EDC and USAID), and develop reporting and communication products to document and promote project activities.

The Organizational Development Specialist recruited by EDC must demonstrate a proven track record as a highly qualified trainer with deep experience in designing and facilitating training activities for local capacity building. The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for working with Senior Technical Staff from EDC and Florida State University to conduct capacity assessments for higher education institutions and to design and deliver capacity building training sessions, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring to all relevant higher education institutions’ staff.

The Higher Education Specialist recruited by EDC must demonstrate a proven track record as a highly qualified and well-respected senior level specialist within the higher education context in Lebanon. The Higher Education Specialist will serve as a senior project representative, working closely with the HECD Chief of Party, during the design, orientation, and implementation of program activities with targeted Higher Education Institutions.

The HR Assistant (Consultant) will assist the HECD project in carrying out an intensive recruitment process to hire approximately 11-15 new staff in the Beirut area of Lebanon

The Finance and Administration Director (FD) is responsible for compliance with USAID and EDC policy and the overall financial administration of the project.
