Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identifying vulnerable cases for BML and South Emergency Response.
- Conducting field and remote follow-ups with identified beneficiaries.
- Performing data entry and collecting relevant information required by the department.
- Filling assessments and conducting phone calls to gather critical information.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both field and remote settings.
- Experience in data entry and proficiency in using tools such as Excel.
- Comfortable conducting phone calls and interviews.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle a heavy workload.
