  • Establish and enforce classroom behavior rules, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Prepare and deliver lessons to meet learning objectives, adapting materials to students' interests and learning styles.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including one-on-one assistance for those needing extra help.
  • Track and assess student progress, administering various assessments and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promote inclusive teaching practices and create a safe, respectful, and gender-sensitive classroom atmosphere.
  • Plan and deliver RS based on individual student needs, ensuring all students, including those with disabilities (CWDs), receive appropriate support and activities.
  • Attend training, workshops, and meetings as required, maintaining professional development and adherence to child protection principles.
  • Identify and report any child protection concerns, ensuring compliance with the Nabad’s policies.
  • Participate in comprehensive training provided by NABAD and SCI on inclusive education, social-emotional learning (SEL), and child protection.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, educational staff, and officers to enhance teaching strategies and student support.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and challenges.
  • Provide regular reports on students' learning outcomes and needs.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of the retention support program.
