ROLE PURPOSE
The Finance Officer is expected to partake in Plan International activities and interventions.
The Finance Officer will support the Finance Coordinator by carrying out financial duties as well support in partner and donor reporting, procurement, and general compliance.
Dimensions of the Role
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Finance Coordinator, the Finance Officer will be based in Beirut. He/she ensures timely and accurate duties such as: Partner reporting review, documentation check, preparing general reports, compliance check etc. For that purpose, he/she will be responsible for coordinating with the CFM and Finance Coordinator in Lebanon to ensure timely and accurate accounting, internal and external reporting and compliance with internal Plan and external donor policies and requirements.
