RainMakers NGO Community (Fundraising & Grants Support Program)

We know that funding is becoming more limited, and many of our local partner NGOs seem to be finding it more challenging to keep up with market trends, so we partnered with RainMakers to design and deliver the needed support.

RainMakers are creating a small community of organizations that seeks to grow and develop their skills by offering them the following:

Weekly Opportunity Identification: Once a week, update on all new funding opportunities, grants, funding notices, calls for proposals, and the like by all possible donors we can find. This will not be for a specific theme or scope but rather the full-fledged funding scan to ensure you have insights on any funding coming and keep an eye on what kind of partnerships you might want to work on. We'll also try to throw in potential forecasts for funding before they are officially open for applications, thus giving you more time to prepare.

Monthly Webinars: We know opportunities and forecasted funding are not always enough. Sometimes, you need to know the current trends, what donors are looking for, what the general metrics in the country are, some new best practices, etc. Thus, we'll organize a monthly webinar to provide you with the most insights we can within the coming 12 months.

Quarterly Newsletter: To top it all off, we'll share a quarterly newsletter with more links, resources, insights, and custom-tailored research work that we'll share exclusively with those who subscribe.

RainMakers' usual fees for a yearly Opportunity Identification service for some themes is usually billed at $1,200/year. Webinars were usually organized and billed around $25/person/webinar, so for 12 webinars, the value would be $300/person annually. That's an annual budget of $1,500, but RainMakers are going out of their way to give back to this local NGOs in Lebanon. So it was decided to subsidize 90% of the budget and to ask NGOs to contribute a symbolic fee of just 10%, ie, $150 for the whole year worth of services.

The aim is to create a truly affordable solution so cost is no longer part of the debate or a challenge for almost any organization; it is a matter of which organizations are truly dedicated to sustaining and growing.

As YTF and RainMakers, we ensured that it is affordable, accessible, and meaningful to as many organizations as possible. Now, the ball is in your court.

We're planning to launch in the second half of September and would like you to be among the 50 organizations that we select to benefit from it before RainMakers close the door for subscriptions for this community.
