The Outreach Worker (Engineer) will assist in supervising barn rehabilitation activities and in designing the barns. The OW will also provide technical feedback to the Technical Assistant - RI Engineer on a regular basis and follow up with farmers to ensure the accurate dissemination of information. 

Assist in conducting site assessments and surveys to gather relevant data for project planning 

Assist in designing the barn using AutoCAD in collaboration with the supervisor as needed.   

Monitor and report on activity progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise. 

Implement and oversee safety protocols and procedures on-site 

Assist in distributing movable assets and materials 

Taking photos and short videos before, during, and after rehabilitation intervention.  

Observe and report to the supervisor any incidents occurring during the implementation 

Assist with additional tasks as requested by the supervisor 

The Job holder will be visiting the field regularly by his/her car. 

The applicant must possess the ability to travel independently between locations associated with the activities, using their own mode of transportation. 

The applicant must use his/her own laptop for assisting with the designs.
