Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Booking interviews and written tests
- Checking recruitment files
- Checking and scanning recruitment documents
- Preparing volunteers’ agreements
- Checking on volunteers Documents
- Assist with updating non regular staff tracker.
HR Support:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Medical Insurance:
- Check on and ensure Insurance Claims documents – are collected properly and complete.
- Scan and file Insurance documents claims.
- Assist with the Insurance Claims Excel Spreadsheet.
Administration:
- Assist with the inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Assist with any occurring day to day task.
