World Vision will undergo activities under emergency response in South Lebanon area for the Lebanese and non Lebanese vulnerable families, for a duration from July 2024 to Dec 2024, and may extend based on availability of fundings.
These temporary team members will be casual workers on call.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the quality control process prior to the distributions
- ID verifications
- In Kind parcels distribution
- Training/ info session for the Beneficiaries
- Facilitation of the beneficiaries’ movement inside the site.
- Abide with the WV policies.
- Establish close coordination with the supervisor.
- Be able to Discuss with the supervisor any challenges faced during this activity.
- Submit completed tasks on time and discuss with the supervisor any highlights, note tasks on a daily basis.
- Treat the invited Beneficiaries in a very professional way according to the Daily plan and the beneficiary list .
- Maintain good accountability and ensure proper documentation.
- Facilitate the Distribution site layout in a very professional way according to the Daily plan.
- Conduct outreach visits/phone calls when needed.
- Conduct Enrollment activities in distributions
- Assist in the no show phone calls.
- Conduct assessment phone calls.
- Site visits to WVL partners.
Knowledge and skills required
- Good written English, with good command of spoken Arabic and English.
- High school certificate or undergraduate diploma.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the South area.
- Ability to effectively communicate information in Arabic and English.
- Ability to act with appropriate respect to the beneficiaries’ cultures and traditions.
