ABOUT THE TENDER
NRC supported by various donors, is dedicated to enhancing sustainable energy solutions within its projects. As part of this commitment, NRC aims to integrate photovoltaic (PV) systems into identified initiatives such as public schools, primary healthcare centres, municipalities, and common spaces.
The Norwegian Refugee Council hereby invites locally registered companies who specialize in the installation of solar PV and electrical systems, to submit their interest in this pre-qualification and possible inclusion in the process of installation of future need for solar photovoltaic systems in Lebanon.
TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Tender Prequalification Pack that includes the Invitation to Bid “ITB” along with other related documents, forms, etc… will provide all relevant information in detail, such as but not limited to bill of quantities, design, scope of work, date, time, and place of the site visits and the submission of the Tender,

HOW TO APPLY
The complete tender dossier in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using this LINK and before deadline to download the tender document that is due on June 09, 2024, 10:00.
Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing via eTB LINK available also in the downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before June 11, 2024, 23:59.
NRC will reply to all registered bidders before June 12, 2024, 16:00.
SUBMISSION
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site (eTB) - the LINK is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Complete bids shall be submitted no later than the extended deadline on June 25, 2024, 10:00, on the due date indicated above. Bids submitted after that date shall not be considered.
