Salary
$570 (fresh) per month for 20 hours work per week. The Officer should be available for clients to reach out to during class times 7 days per week. However, the work required will not exceed 20 hours.
Location
Remote, but with the expectation of office visits twice a month.
Responsibilities
1. CodeBrave Tutors Customer Liaison
1.1 Customer liaison: Liaise with our clients, build successful relationships, respond to their queries, schedule tutoring appointments, and be the first point of contact. Serve as the liaison between parents and tutors.
1.2 CodeBrave Tutors Operational Management:
- Oversee the CRM system and database.
- Manage the database of our clients, including booked classes, schedules, missed sessions, rescheduled appointments, and other relevant information.
- Analyze data and statistics related to clients, revenue, client acquisition, referrals, etc.
- Maintain accurate records in the CBT accounts through regular journal entries.
- Monitor and strive to achieve KPIs.
- Generate reports by analyzing data and statistics.
- Utilize the database to gain deeper insights into sales and develop effective strategies.
- Ensure sales figures are kept up to date.
2. Other
2.1 Attend meetings or events with the CodeBrave team as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- University degree in any relevant field
- 1 year of work experience preferred
- Personable, energetic and able to communicate clearly with international clients
- Particular about details, attention focused
