Program Officer
1. Program Management:
- Follow program plan, and perform and assign tasks for its implementation.
- Monitor project implementation.
- Make and implement logistical and administrative arrangements for projects and events.
- Prepare and report on activities.
- Negotiate with partners.
- Handle correspondence.
- Assist in drafting contracts.
2. Budget Management:
- Estimate and monitor program budget.
- Review monthly financial reports.
- Process payments.
3. Digital Management & Communications:
- Organize archive for reports, materials, and agreements.
- Follow up on social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and communication officer.
