Supply and Installation of Solar Street Lights in Bekaa ITB 24-BEK-002
TENDER PURPOSE:
NRC funded by the GAC (Global Affairs Canada) and NMFA (Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs) is willing to assist in the supply and installation of Solar Street Lights in Bekaa.
An agreement was established between mayors of Saadnayel, Serrien, Baalback municipalities and NRC as part of NRC's WASH Program now being implemented in Bekaa - Lebanon, and NRC intends to contract a supplier to conduct Supply and Installation of Solar Street Lights to enhance, the ITS, community safety, and accessibility.

TENDER DOCUMENTS:
The complete ITB documents in the English language can be downloaded from NRC e-tendering website using the below link and before the deadline: February 20, 2024– 16:00 (Beirut, Lebanon local time).

Any request for clarification on ITB documents shall be submitted via NRC e-tendering website using the link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before the deadline (February 21,2024-16:00). NRC will reply to all registered bidders by February 22,2024-16:00.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Deadline for bids submission of bids is February 27, 2024 at 11:00
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
