A Punching attendance machine at each of LECORVAW's office
The machine should incldue bothe option cards and fingerprint.
The machine must be easy to programand.
The machine should include a USP port for data transfer
Note: Prices are requested to be in USD . The RFQ must include all the details.
How to apply
Submission Modality:
LECORVAW invites interested suppliers to submit two files by email or at our office, one for the Legal & Technical papers and one for the Financial.
Before sending any Offer, a field visists to LECORVAW's office are required.
The visits for the 3 center should be scheduled on the following dates:

21 November 2023
23 November 2023
24 Novemver 2023
27 November 2023
28 November 2023
29 November 2023
30 November 2023
If you wish to deliver the three (3) files to our office, you are kindly requested to pass by our address: “Tripoli, Roula Yamak Street, Moukaddem building (Next to Pharmacy Nazih Nachabe)”
between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday and the Contact person is Ms. Samira Al Ech where the three files will be deposited into LECORVAW Tender Box.
Please make sure that the proposal must be submitted in the format of three sealed envelopes marked:
RFP/LECORVAW/2023/002 – Punching attendance machine – Legal Proposal”
RFP/LECORVAW/2023/002 – Punching attendance machine – Technical Proposal
RFP/LECORVAW/2023/002 – Punching attendance machine – Financial Proposal”
all enclosed together in an outer single envelope.
If you wish to send the 3 files by email, the proposal must be sent to the below contacts and please make sure that the proposal must be submitted in the format of three zipped files marked:
