Request For Quotations - Videography & photography IL/GIL2023/50

INJAZ Lebanon (IL) is a nonprofit non-governmental educational organization dedicated to educating youth about work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential hands-on programs that help inspire a culture of entrepreneurialism and business innovation among youth in Lebanon. INJAZ Lebanon is an affiliate of INJAZ Al-ARAB and JA Worldwide, one of the world’s largest and most-impactful youth-serving NGOs.

1. Background

We are calling to receive quotations for filming and photography services for the Generation of Innovation Leaders (GIL) program, powered by UNICEF Lebanon and funded by the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

GIL is an entrepreneurship program during which we deliver business training to young people living in Lebanon's North governorate, along with providing incubation support to some of them. The main objectives of the videos we are seeking to produce is to highlight the achievements of successful young GIL participants, using their success stories on social media as a source of inspiration for others. Furthermore, we plan to create videos that capture the essence of the program's training and events when applicable.

Timeline of the project: Starting immediately upon approval till March 2024.

Filming locations: Mainly in the North Governorate (Tripoli, Akkar, etc.) and potentially one day in the South.

2. Deliverables 

1. Filming in remote locations – Quantity: 6 days
   • During each day, we should aim to film around 2-4 different projects depending on the distance and locations in order to produce the total of 17 videos.
   • Around 3-5 portrait photos are requested for each beneficiary to be taken during the filming.
   • You will be provided with the beneficiaries contact details to communicate with them, schedule, and organize the filming trip.
2. Video Editing – Quantity: 17 videos
   • A video per project or success story, in addition to other videos covering training days or events. It should include interviews with the beneficiaries and B-roll footage.
   • Each video should be a maximum of 90s to be shared on social media
   • Videos should be delivered in 2 formats: landscape and reel formats
   • The videos might include motion texts and motion graphics, etc.
   • Include translation for all the videos to be added as subtitles (English/Arabic)

3. PROPOSAL & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• You need to be registered and have an MOF number.
• Your quotation should be addressed to INJAZ Lebanon.

• The payment will be in fresh USD dollars but the taxes will be paid in LBP based on the Sayrafa rate.
• You will need a fresh USD bank account (for the main payment) and a fresh LBP fresh account (for the taxes).
• If your bank account is not within Bank Audi for both USD and LBP payments, please be aware that transfer charges will apply, and INJAZ Lebanon cannot assume responsibility for these fees (they will be deducted from the total).
• We can pay through wire transfer or P.O. (which you can withdraw in cash over the counter at any Bank Audi branch). No cash or cheque payments can be executed.
