Scout Equipments

Gate Lebanon is looking to Procure various scout equipment, including but not limited to camping gear, outdoor tools, and safety equipment. A detailed list of required equipment is provided in the tender documentation.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

a. Quality of the offered items (please provide technical data).

b. Price competitiveness.

c. Delivery timeline.

NOTE:

1. The Selected supplier will have to present item samples upon a visit from our staff to their location.

2. Prices should be stated in EURO Currency, with a clear mention if subject to VAT or not.

3. Quantities will be decided based on unit price according to budget.

4. If possible kindly include Pictures of your presented items in your submitted tender file.

5. Please provide origin of offered items.

6. GATE Lebanon is entitled to exercise its discretion in selecting multiple items from various suppliers who have submitted tenders, taking into consideration factors such as material quality and price comparison. The organization is not obligated to exclusively engage a single supplier for the procurement of all items.
