Daily Snacks Bid for Students in Baalbek Center

Contractual Terms
 The contract will involve the preparation and delivery of an average of 215 snacks per day .
 The contract will bind the parties until July 31, 2024, renewable.
 The supplier must maintain and guarantee the hygiene and quality of the snacks delivered. ADRA
has the right to accept or reject any order based on the quality of the snacks, the delivery
condition, and the work.
 The start date of this service will be October 2, 2023.

Bid Submission
 Applicants are kindly requested to send an email to [email protected] or submit closed bid by hand at the Baalback office.
 Bids should include the following information:

o Certificate of registration and VAT registration
o The contents of the snacks and their unit price
o The terms and conditions for delivery
o Proof of the applicant's previous experience in providing such snacks

Selection Criteria
 Applicants will be selected based on their proposal's compliance with the Beneficiary's
requirements stated in the Description section and the price per unit.
 Qualified bidders will be invited to submit samples of the requested snacks for evaluation on Friday, September 29, 2023.
