Supply delivery and Installation Thermo-sealing Machine
Chemonics, under its Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) activity is soliciting offers for Thermo-sealing Machine, to be delivered, offloaded, installed, and tested, in Jrabta, Batroun, Lebanon.
Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are submitted in accordance with the instructions stated herein. Failure to adhere with the instructions described herein may lead to disqualification of a proposal from consideration.
Offerors should take note that this RFP does not obligate Chemonics-ARE to execute a subcontract nor does it commit Chemonics to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any proposals for this solicitation. Furthermore, Chemonics-ARE reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of Chemonics.

Please make sure to insert the reference of the RFP in the survey “RFP_ARE_013_09_23”.
Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted no later than 5:00 PM Beirut Local time on October 2, 2023, by email to procurement@lebanonare.org. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification—and the responses thereto—that Chemonics believes may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFP recipients who have indicated an interest in bidding.
Only the written answers issued by Chemonics will be considered official and carry weight in the RFP process and subsequent evaluation.
Any verbal information received from employees of Chemonics, or any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this RFP.
Offers must be received no later than 5:00 PM local Beirut time on October 12, 2023, by email to procurement@lebanonare.org with “RFP_ARE_013_09_23” in the email subject line.
Technical and financial offers must be received as two separate documents in the same email.
