SCI is in the process of hiring an external consultant/consultancy firm to conduct a research exercise on grave violations, focusing on worst forms of child labour and trafficking and recruitment with the aim of strengthening the protection space for all children in Lebanon. The attached TOR has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response, should you wish.
