Invitation - Request for Quotation (RFQ)/ROAS 001-2023 for the Provision of Design and Supervision of Fit-out of Office.
Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of the International Labour Organization, we invite your company to submit a bid for the Provision of Design and Supervision of Fit-out of Office.
Attached please find RFQ documents with the complete requirement details and associated with:
- RFQ services
- Annex I – TOR.
- Annex II – Certification Form to be submitted by a Bidder.
- Annex III – Offer submission form signed, stamped and returned back.
How to apply
The deadline for submission is on or before 09 August, 16:00 Beirut time. In order to submit an offer in response to this tender, Bidders must attach and send their complete Bid via email only to [email protected] before the deadline, including company registration documents.
Site Visits will be organized into one group on 02 August at 09:30 AM, meeting at the office of ILO, Aresco Center, Hamra and then proceed for the site visit until finish.
Interested bidders are encouraged to revert back via email on their interest in the visit by providing the confirmation, focal person and WhatsApp number of the focal person.
Bidders must ensure to include “RFQ/ROAS 001-2023 Bid Submission” in the subject line.
Note: Please note, the ILO reserves the right to award a purchase order for the full or partial list of items and services, amend the quantities and/or scope of services.
Payment will be made via international wire transfer.
