LRPS 2023-9184095 for digital health solutions evaluation
The contractor will be briefed by the MoPH and UNICEF on the tools’ details including development process of the tools, the intended purpose, how and where they are utilized, and their scale level. UNICEF will liaise with governmental and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate needed consultative meetings and data collection. This will include engaging with UNICEF, WHO, MoPH, and other in-country stakeholders to facilitate the understanding of the current deployments and partnerships, the status of the supporting environment, the health system bottlenecks, opportunities where the aforementioned tools digital health solutions are supporting the delivery of care.

UNICEF Lebanon would like to to contract Technical Experts on evaluation of Digital Health Interventions as stipulated in the LRPS. Hence, I am writing to invite you for Invitation to Bid No. (LRPS-2023- 9184095)
You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal by e-mail ONLY to: [email protected] not later than 12:00h, 07 August 2023; otherwise it will be considered invalid.
Proposals should be sent by email ONLY to [email protected] in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, 07 August 2023: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.
- Email for technical proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.
- Email for price proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.
The reference LRPS-2023-9184095 must be shown in the e-mail's subject.
Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
