Monitoring & Evaluation Lead

Key Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Enhance data collection and metrics for measuring the impact of volunteers, organizations, and partners, ensuring the availability of reliable and comprehensive data.
2. Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, providing insights and analysis to support strategic planning and program improvement.
3. Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal monitoring and evaluation (M&E) procedures, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational goals.
4. Develop M&E indicators and frameworks for each revenue stream, including Give Love, Win a Career, Subscriptions, and Masterclass, to quantitatively highlight their impact and demonstrate the quality of services provided.
5. Identify trends, patterns, and insights in the collected data, and collaborate with relevant teams to develop strategies and recommendations for addressing any identified issues or capitalizing on opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the tech team to leverage data analytics tools and systems for efficient data management, analysis, and reporting.
7. Stay updated on emerging trends, methodologies, and best practices in monitoring and evaluation, incorporating relevant approaches into the organization's M&E processes.
8. Contribute to drafting the Annual Impact Report of The Volunteer Circle based on progress and findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation..
• Strong leadership, project management, and people skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, cross-functional teams, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and systems in a professional setting.
• Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector, particularly in volunteer management or community development, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Continuous learning mindset and a passion for using data to drive positive social change.
