INJAZ Lebanon is seeking for 4 separate quotations for filming and photography services covering some of our programs’ events. Our programs are related to entrepreneurship and work-readiness business training that are delivered to youth in Lebanon to empower their skills. Please find below the details needed  (the dates will be shared once confirmed).

1. Quotation A

- Study tour - DAY 1 (Photos + Filming + Editing): It’s a one-day tour taking the participants to visiting several businesses in Beirut/Mount Lebanon area (bus seats are available if needed). For that we will need photography and filming services throughout the day including running interviews with the participants + Editing one short video around 1min for Social Media (landscape and reel formats).

- Study tour - DAY 2 (Photos + Filming + Editing):  Same as above but this will take place in Tripoli souk (bus seats available if needed). We will need photography and filming services throughout the day including running interviews with the participants + Editing one short video around 1min for Social Media (landscape and reel formats).

- Edit a 2-3min video from both the above study tours and the interviews to be played at the final event on screen.

- Final Event (Photos + Filming + Editing): Wed. July 26 - at Small Ville Hotel. We will need photography and filming with interviews + edit 4 short videos post-event, around 1min each in both landscape and reel formats (including one event highlights + 3 winners stories).

- Include translation for all the videos to be added as subtitles (English/Arabic)

- Bootcamp (Photos + Filming + Editing): It’s a one-day workshop and activities related to entrepreneurship. We will need photography and filming services throughout the day including running 9 interviews with the participants + Editing one video (2-3min) to be screened at the final event.

- Event (Photos + Filming + Editing): It’s a one-day workshop and activities related to entrepreneurship (in Beirut). We will need photography and filming services throughout the day including running 9 interviews with the participants + Editing one video around 1-1.5min for Social Media (landscape and reel formats).

​​​​​​​- Event (Photos + Filming + Editing): It’s a one-day event related to entrepreneurship (in Tripoli). We will need photography and filming services throughout the day including running interviews with the participants (around 5-6) + Editing 3 videos around 1-1.5min for Social Media (landscape and reel formats).

​​​​​​​- Success stories x3 (Filming + Editing): we want to film 3 from the participant teams at their location of work to get some shots of their products and work while doing an interview with them to produce one video for each team. All the teams are located in the North and Akkar. We will organize it in a way to film the 3 selected teams in one day. + Editing of the 3 videos around 1-1.5min for Social Media (landscape and reel formats).

PROPOSAL & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS​​​​​​​

• You need to be registered and have an MOF number.
• Your quotation should be addressed to INJAZ Lebanon.

• The payment will be in fresh USD dollars but the taxes will be paid in LBP based on the Sayrafa rate.
• You will need a fresh USD bank account (for the main payment) and fresh LBP fresh account (for the taxes).
• If your bank account is not within Bank Audi for both USD & LBP payments, please note that there will be transfer charges and that INJAZ Lebanon can’t cover them.
• We can pay through wire transfer and P.O. (which you can withdraw in cash over the counter at any Bank Audi branch). No cash or cheque payments can be executed.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
