Enumerator responsibilities include conducting field surveys and data collection based on pre-designed tools to collect answers, opinions, and statements from Lebanese and non-Lebanese learners. Enumerators collect data by doing interviews face to face. They help the project gather information on the social cohesion perception of learners attending public schools.
Duties and responsibilities
- Participate in the enumerators’ training, to enhance their skills and knowledge regarding survey techniques, data collection methods, and relevant procedures.
- Conduct schools visit in selected regions (Bekaa, Baalbeck, Beirut, Akkar)
- Conduct surveys with Lebanese and Non-Lebanese Learners.
- Collect data as per the project requirements, and ensure high-quality data collection as per the guidance received from field coordinators.
- Recording survey responses using KoBo Toolbox on tablets.
- Report daily to field coordinators to coordinate activities, receive guidance, and address any concerns or questions that may arise during data collection.
- Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of data collected and information shared by participants.
- Comply and maintain technical and ethical requirements, ensuring the respondents' information is handled with care and sensitivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a related field.
- Previous experience completing similar tasks
- Experience with digital data gathering.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative tools and methodologies.
