EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – PREQUALIFICATION OF MEDICAL SUPPLIERS
RI Lebanon, PUI, MDM, IRC, and UNHCR are seeking to pre-qualify medical suppliers for the procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and medical equipment.
The pre-qualification will be based on a technical assessment that would be conducted by QUAMED, an external consultancy firm.
The technical assessment will be done for the suppliers who will be shortlisted based on this Expression of Interest.
How to apply
The expression of interest (EOI) documents will provide all relevant information in detail, requirements, estimated quantities, delivery location, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be obtained from Daleel Madani. Closing date for submitting the tender is March 20, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
All interested and eligible suppliers are requested to submit their bids by hand and not by email in sealed envelopes to the address specified in the tender pack. Submissions can be made by DHL or any other express courier. Note that all bidders are required to sign a bid tracking sheet upon submission.
The register can be signed by a company representative or courier.
