Mental Health Trainer

Tasks include the following:

• Development and piloting of training materials related to mental health in the workplace.
• Providing guidelines for the recruitment of trainees and the promotion of the training service to businesses and individuals.
• Delivering trainings about mental health in the workplace to HR managers and managers from businesses and organizations
• Working on assessment tools for trainees.
• Delivering reporting packages related to the provided trainings.
• ​Supporting the current training team in developing and evaluating existing and future training packages.
• ​Providing shadowing / co-delivering to new trainers.

Qualifications:

• Advanced University Degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) or Psychiatry (MD).
• A minimum of 8 years of working experience within a mental health and training setting.
• Professional experience in mental health sessions delivery and capacity building.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Excellent group facilitation skills and awareness of group dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
