Consultancy Pre-qualification: Pool of Consultants to assist in Market Research and Monitoring and Evaluation

About Levitum

Levitum is about collecting and disseminating data and information on the disenfranchised segment of the population and refugees, and implementing development programs aimed at improving their living condition.

We are now pre-qualifying experienced experts, to be included in a Pool of Consultants, with the purpose to support remotely or deploy experts in short-term field assignments to assist in market research activities and programmes implementation (assessments, trainings, monitoring & evaluation, third-party monitoring, quantitative surveys).

Successful applicants will be added to the Pool of Consultants and will be contacted and offered opportunities to quote for short-term consultancies when appropriate opportunities arise. This pre-qualification process will be valid for a period of one year.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent academic qualifications, preferably including a Master's degree in a relevant discipline/area of competence;
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in relation to the relevant sector/program/topic  
• Proficiency and proven experience with research methods. Excellent analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) confidently in English.
• Experience working within the local Lebanese context
