Needed 40 Data Entry Assistant (Enumerators)

Data Entry duties and responsibilities

·       
Preparing and sorting
documents for data entry

·       
Entering data into
database system, and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been
inputted

·       
Resolving discrepancies in
information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents

·       
Creating data backups as
part of a contingency plan

·       
Prepare data entry reports
when needed

·       
Follow-up and data entry
on RAIS and any other program requested by the manager

·       
Support field staff in
preparing data processed

·       
Further to proper
Check-up enteries on daily basis all data into external partners and internal
database

·       
Be available to take a
part in meetings organized in the office as per management request

·       
Data entry on Child level
monitoring system (CLM) per cycle.

·       
Coordinate with the team about
all data entry documents ( attendance sheets and scoring )

·       
Visits to the field when
necessary

·       
Other related duties as
identified by the supervisor.
