Association LRC wishes to invite you to this Request for proposal (technical and financial) for end of Project Evaluation. The project "Second Chance – Value Chain Incubation" is a livelihood project funded by RDPP.

1. Mandatory Required Documents are as follow:

2. The Grading during the evaluation is defined as below:

4. N.B:

LebRelief can drop out the proposal if all the essential required documents are not submitted with it.

This call will be conducted using LebRelief standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. 

The bids will be reviewd after the submission deadline in a closed session.
