award a service contract for a Solar PV traine

The trainer is expected to implement the workshop training on Solar PV installation and maintenance by LebRelief during this project, follow up and coordinate between the beneficiaries and the trainees during the implementtion of the activities, monitor the trainings, attendence and complains of the right holders, Coordinate and communicate with trainees who will benefit from an apprenticeship program of 6 months with a private sector company i.e private employers, companies and other establishements that employ skilled people, the trainer should also refer cases and report to line management.                                                                       ومن المتوقع أن يقوم المدرب بتنفيذ ورشة العمل التدريبية على تركيب وصيانة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية من قبل LebRelief خلال هذا المشروع، والمتابعة والتنسيق بين المستفيدين والمتدربين أثناء تنفيذ الأنشطة، ومراقبة التدريبات والحضور والشكاوى لأصحاب الحقوق، التنسيق والتواصل مع المتدربين الذين سيستفيدون من برنامج التلمذة الصناعية لمدة 6 أشهر مع شركة من القطاع الخاص أي أصحاب العمل والشركات الخاصة وغيرها من المؤسسات التي توظّف أشخاصا مهرة، كما يجب على المدرب إحالة الحالات وتقديم التقارير إلى الإدارة التنفيذية.
