Driver & Logistics Assistant

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Check daily the technical conditions of the vehicle (state of the tires, oil, fuel, brakes, etc.).
• Responsible for National Social Security Fund (NSSF) transaction, Bank transaction, Governmental and Non-Governmental transactions.
• Clearing all types of transactions
• Ensure the security of passengers in the vehicle, drive carefully, obey the speed limits and traffic rules in the country.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always in good condition, (check oil, engine, wheels …etc).
• Ensure that all vehicle documents and the driver’s valid driving license are in the vehicle.
• Assisting in the distribution process of aids when needed.
• Any other task assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driving licence.
• Valid motorcycle driving licence.
• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, fluent in Arabic oral and written.
• Not associated to another job outside Besme Group.
• Know how to use Google Map.
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a Driver in NGOs will be an asset.
• Residing in Beirut.
• Not sentenced to any type of criminal acts: felony or misdemeanor.

Working hours:

Full time from Monday to Friday (08:30 am to 04:00 pm) with a flexibility to work on weekends and out of duty hours in case needed for the development and implementation of any project or event.

Tabaris, Beirut, Lebanon
