The lawyer will be responsible of preparing all files, preparing legal procurations, checking with hospitals, doctors, forensic doctors, midwives and their syndicate, the syndicate of doctors, mayors, and notaries, going to the civil office (Nofus), the foreigner Registry and religious courts, including all related procedures for registering and notifying the case, attending court sessions, hearings, DNA tests, issue the judicial decisions, notifying them to the beneficiaries, and executing them.

The offer presented by the Lawyer must include for each case all necessary fees, in addition to the following fees such as stamps, communication, transportation and documents photography.

The regions of implementation is in Beqaa and South.
