Shabake - Localisation Framework - Capacity Strengthening Survey

In coordination with USAID Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator
Program (LEB-CAAP), a Coordination Committee with LHDF & LLL, supported by the Localization Task Force members,
is developing the process to develop the Capacity Strengthening component of
a Localization Framework, within the framework of the Shabaké Project.

Funded by l’Agence Francaise de Developpement (AFD) and
Denmark’s Development Cooperation (DANIDA) and implemented by Expertise France
and its partners, the Shabaké Project is designed within the framework of the
localisation of aid agenda, and aims to strengthen the resilience and
capacities of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Lebanon while ensuring a
direct link with funders so that they could take the lead in responding to the
multi-layered crises impacting Lebanon today.

The Localization Task Force (LTF) formed under the Project
and led by its Coordination Committee (Live Love Lebanon, and Lebanon
Humanitarian Development Forum (LHDF)), is developing one National Localization
Framework focusing on two main areas (1) Strengthening Partnering,
Accountability and Effectiveness and (2) Capacity Strengthening for local CSOs
in Lebanon.

As a stakeholder in the Lebanese Capacity Strengthening
ecosystem, we would highly value your contribution by way of a survey,
accessible through the links below depending on the criteria that you see
yourself fit.

List of definitions of the three main stakeholder
categories:

1)     
Lebanese ISOs for profit
& nonprofit also academics: This category cover the stakeholders with a
vision supporting and building capacities of other local organizations,
Lebanese, private sector, nonprofit, academic such as Berytech, LAU, AUB, RPS
Mena, etc..

2)     
CSOs that train other CBOs:
This category covers non-profit organization who build the capacity of other
community based or civil society organizations.

3)     
CB freelances and experts:
This category covers individuals who work as free lancers, consultants, and
experts on certain subjects.
