The rehabilitation of 27 school buildings will contribute to improving the public education infrastructure by providing a healthy and safety learning environment that serve the vulnerable pupils in Lebanon.

To note also that the date to receive your queries has been extended from June 3 to June 7, 2022.

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for the Rehabilitation of 27 Public Schools in Lebanon as stipulated in the LRPS. Hence, I am writing to invite you for Invitation to Bid No. (LRPS-2022-9174996)
You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal not later than 12:00h, 16 June 2022; otherwise it will be considered invalid.
Proposals should be sent not later than 12:00h, 16 June 2022 as per below instructions:
It is important to mention that bidders shall submit their proposals into 2 separate envelops:
1- For technical proposal: 3CDs and one stamped hardcopy.
2- For financial proposal: one CD and stamped hardcopy. The CD should include proposal in both excel and PDF formats, the PDF format should be stamped.
The two envelops should be sealed and placed in one envelope marked with RFP number LRPS 2022-9174996. The bidders intending to compete for multiple lots, shall submit separate proposal for each lot.
Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
All bidders shall attend the pre-bid meeting that will be held online on Monday 23.05.2022 at 10:00h. Bidders are required to bring all mandatory original legal documents mentioned in para IX under Mandatory Qualification Requirements (if not recently done) which will be checked for validity. The bidders will be shortlisted for future UNICEF construction projects accordingly prior to the opening of the technical and financial proposals.
