PSS Consultant LEGO – Building Back Better Program
Right To Play is seeking to procure the services of a consultant, to support the piloting of 2 new PSS resources. The resources will be piloted during the month of May 2022, through 10 sessions with 20 children per resource. The objective of the pilot sessions is to test the 2 resources before moving to the longer-term implementation period that is from August 2022 to March 2023.
The consultant is expected during the pilot phase, to: - Review the 2 resources - Observe a total of 14 pilot sessions (7 each resource) through in-person visits - Conduct key informant interviews and/or focus group discussions with the project team, sample of coaches, and a sample of children - Share a presentation of the findings with the project team - Adapt the resources, so they can be used for a long-term intervention.

How to apply
Proposal submission
Interested Individuals are requested to submit the following documents:
• Detailed Technical Proposal, clearly demonstrating a thorough understanding of these Terms of Reference and giving a brief on the tools to be used in observation and in conducting the qualitative data collection (2 pages maximum);
• Financial proposal (dated and signed) that includes a budget for the expected activities and the per diem for each person involved in USD;
• MOF registration number if available;
• CV of key persons involved and the portfolio of the organization if relevant.
Proposal deadline: April 4, 2022
