Call for Participants Training of Facilitators on the Sustainable Development Goals Streamlining

The training will target having around 10 youth facilitators, which will then be put in teams of 2, each coaching 1 NGO in their SDG streamlining efforts using the guide developed by Aie Serve.

Participants who successfully complete the training and coaching of the selected NGOs will be remunerated $300 as an incentive fee.

Phases:/Procedure

• Phase 1: Call for Applicants  (February 1 – February 10)
• Phase 2: Shortlisting & Selection of Facilitators (February 10 – February 20)
• Phase 3: Selected Applicants Informed & Training Dates Set (February 20 February 22)
• Phase 4: 4-Hour Online Training Workshop (February 28)
• Phase 5: Assignment of Facilitators to NGOs (First week of March)
• Phase 6: Facilitators Coach Selected NGOs (Throughout March)
• Phase 7: Evaluation & Closure (April)

Applicant Qualification Criteria:

• Previous experience in delivering trainings/coaching or mentoring
• Believes Aie Serve's Values
• Dynamic
• Professional
• Bilingual
• Youth (Aged 18-30)
• Familiar with/interested in the Sustainable Development Goals
