The Non-Governmental Organizations Initiative at the AUB Global Health Institute is pleased to offer you its online synchronous course: Program & Project Management for NGOs.

The course aims to empower professionals working on planning, managing and implementing projects and programs in NGOs with the international common practices, skills, knowledge and techniques. It provides a mix of on-the-ground know-how, academic background and alignment with international project management standards by ISO and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

It covers fundamentals as well as advanced knowledge in all matters related to project and program management, including but not limited to strategic alignment of projects, community needs assessment, project scoping & initiation, project life cycle Management, logical framework matrix, monitoring & evaluation among other necessary concepts.

The course encompasses easily comprehendible topic sessions that will provide clarity and ease of adoption in day to day tasks.
