Social Worker

Takes special care of vulnerable and high-risk children, adolescents and adults among the people we serve.

Supports the Team in tasks related to all Protection Issues arising in the School and in Outreach.

Detect people with social needs: meet people seeking assistance.

Follow up on the welfare of the beneficiaries and ensure their social support.

Provides basic counselling to less-complex cases.

Promote the development and empowerment of people by providing social support.

Analyze the needs of refugees and suggest new initiatives to the Project Coordinator.

Provide schedule of activities on weekly/monthly basis.

Provide regular reporting on your activities to Project Manager and program coordinator when needed or asked.

Maintain good relations with local implementing actors, local authorities, and other international and local stakeholders.

Respect and abide by the highest code of ethics and confidentiality aspects.
