Request for Quotations for the provision of a tractor and trailers

Celim Lebanon is looking for a qualify company for the supply of the following farming equipment (see the file Procedures attached)

- Farming tractor 70 HP.

- Tank trailer of the maximum capacity usable with the tractor 70 HP, equipped to spread water and other liquid on the fields.

- 4 wheels trailer of the maximum load usable with the tractor 70 HP.

How to apply

Deadline for receipt of tenders: 12/03/2021, 17h00.

  1. Tender format and details to be provided: Tender submissions must consist of the following documents:
    1. Financial offer: pro-forma invoice with the following details:
      1. Company details (Address, telephone number, VAT number, etc.)
      2. Bill of quantity with related unit and total prices of each requested item present in the technical specifications.
    2. Technical specifications of each item.
    3. Warranty details.
    4. Distributor / Dealer Authorization Letter.
    5. Declaration of Honour (template attached).
  2. How tenders may be submitted: Tenders must be submitted in English exclusively to the contracting authority: CELIM Lebanon and be sent to the following email address:

  • Tenders submitted by any other means will not be considered.
