About the USAID-Funded Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) Activity in Lebanon: 

The USAID-funded Lebanon Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) Activity, implemented by Chemonics International, aims to develop rural economies in Lebanon through support to the agri-food sector and other industries to unlock local and export sales potential while also creating jobs and increasing farmers' and workers' incomes. 

Chemonics through this Indefinite Quantity Subcontract (IQS) Request for Proposals (IQS RFP) is soliciting proposals from companies and organizations to provide ad-hoc Survey Management and related Services to ARE.

Chemonics anticipates issuing an award to one company. The award will be in the form of an indefinite quantity subcontract (IQS) with Sub-Task Orders (STO) issued on firm fixed price basis. 

The attached IQS RFP and STO#1 (found in the Related Documents Section) include all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

How to apply

Separate technical and cost proposals must be submitted by email to [email protected]  no later than 5 PM Beirut local time on December 17, 2020 with IQS-RFP-0061 in the email subject line.

An Online Information Session will be held on December 10, 2020 at 4:00 PM Beirut local time. 

Registration for the online session to attend the online information session is required by December 8, 2020 at 5 PM Beirut local time to [email protected] with IQS-RFP-0061 Online Session in the email subject line. 

Written Questions and Clarifications regarding this IQS RFP must be in writing and submitted to [email protected] no later than December 8, 2020 with IQS-RFP-0061 Q&A in the email subject line.
