Needed expert to create and formulate a needs assessment that must cover all humanitarian sectors and personal data among all areas of Lebanon.

The call holder must have extensive experience in this domain,

Experienced in NGOs working and Lebanon conditions considering villages and poor communities.

Knowledge in problems identification and ability to extract data and information by creating convenient questions in the assessment.
