Contracting of a Financial Services Provider for the provision of Cash Based Transfer services ref: LBN20NF122

WFP, UNHCR and UNICEF  (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Agencies” and individually as an “Agency”) are humanitarian and/or development actors currently providing assistance to vulnerable populations in Lebanon. WFP, on behalf of the Agencies, will lead the tendering, evaluation and selection process to select a Financial Service Provider (FSP) to provide Cash Based Transfer (CBT) services and particularly, an efficient, reliable, and secure electronic payment system, for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a maximum of 2 consecutive periods of one year each (resulting in a total term of up to 5 years) after performance evaluation and upon satisfactory services to the Agencies and their beneficiaries, and at the discretion of the agencies.
