The Finance Department / University Comptroller’s Office is currently looking for an Accountant, Grants reporting to the Director of Grants. This position is based on Beirut Campus with occasional commuting to Byblos campus and requires physical presence on campus during LAU operating hours.

Schedule: Full Time equivalent to 40 hours/week

The Office of Sustainability is currently looking for a Sustainability Coordinator reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer. This position is based on Beirut campus with occasional commuting to Byblos campus.
The Sustainability Coordinator is mainly responsible for coordinating and implementing sustainability programs and initiatives across the university. S/he will focus on grant writing, project implementation and smooth office operations.

The Physical Plant Office / Operations and Maintenance is currently looking for a Mechanical Technician reporting to the Mechanical Team Leader. This position is based on Byblos Campus.

The Mechanical Technician is primarily responsible for operating, maintaining and installing mechanical and plumbing systems including all needed preventive maintenance.
He/she is also responsible for overseeing outsourced mechanical and plumbing works and repairing university equipment and assets.

The Physical Plant office - Operations and Maintenance is currently looking for a Utilities HVAC Technician reporting to the Utilities HVAC Team Leader. This position is based on Byblos Campus.

The Utilities HVAC Technician is primarily responsible for ensuring proper execution of all needed preventive maintenance for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and repair university equipment and assets.

The Physical Plant office - Operations and Maintenance is currently looking for an HVAC Technician reporting to the HVAC Team Leader under the Maintenance Unit. This position is based on Byblos Campus.

The HVAC Technician will mainly ensure proper execution of all needed preventive maintenance for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and repair university equipment and assets.

The Procurement Office is currently looking for a Procurement Clerk reporting to the Director of Campus Procurement. This position is based on Beirut Campus.
The Procurement Clerk is mainly responsible for purchasing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures and optimizing price, delivery, and terms of off-the-shelf items. S/he will handle the field operations by physically purchasing items from the market and ensure their timely delivery to end-users.
