Community Support Program (CSP) - Amended RFA# TO4-20-004 / Request for Application

Chemonics International Inc. is a lead global implementer for programs funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Chemonics Beirut is implementing a USAID program in Lebanon, the Community Support Program (CSP).

Under the Work Force Development Component, TO4, CSP aims to provide technical assistance and other support to improve labor skills and job placement opportunities through partnerships with the private sector, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) organizations, municipalities, and other public sector entities. The main objective of this 3-year task order is to improve skills and job placement opportunities for beneficiaries from vulnerable communities.

Through this Request for Application (RFA), CSP seeks to identify non- governmental and not for profit organizations with technical and managerial skillssets in the Information Technology IT sector to support the program in designing implementing sector-specific activities in curriculum development and integration, teacher training and assessment, TVET technical and administrative capacity assessments, and enabling environment issues around training and employment. 

As part of the USAID-funded Community Support Program (CSP) in Lebanon, Chemonics is inviting interested organizations  to submit applications for the provision of one or more of the activities listed above.

Interested firms shall send an email to [email protected] requesting the Request for Application (RFA) documents with "TO4-20-004";  in the email subject line.

A pre-concept note workshop will be held via Skype on April 13, 2020.

The deadline for submission of Applications is 4:30 PM, April 27, 2020.
