PR & Communication Manager
الوصف:
- Develops an annual Marketing Plan for the organization, including a Social Media plan that are in alignment with Brave Heart's communication policies as well as targets for the year.
- Works alongside the Fundraising & Enterprise Manager and Events Manager to support and effectively communicate every fundraising event or program under the Brave Heart Fund, namely: the Marathon, B018, Beirut Film Festival, Bake Sales and Gala, amongst other programs. Employs written and oral communication skills to the best of his/her abilities to achieve effective communication of every event to the benefit of Brave Heart's advancement and stature.
- Receives lists of stakeholders to be recognized from the various management team members and ensures that all forms of recognition, whether letters, event invitations, calls by the Board, etc. are issued in coordination with the Fundraising & Enterprise Manager.
- Handles the daily social media sites for Brave Heart, responding to the community, engaging and growing it to the largest extent possible.
- Plans and executes, in coordination with management, all media campaigns as approved in the Business Plan or for particular events during the year.
- Contributes to the Annual Report, newsletters and any periodical or end of year reports addressed to the Board of Trustees, through drafting a rich description of every event that has taken place during the year, with a highlight or focus on the awareness-building efforts undertaken, and their apparent outcomes.
- Continuously develops Brave Heart's fundraising case and presentations, ensuring that the organization is presented as a development entity not a charitable institution.
- Keeps abreast of organizations with a mission that is similar to Brave Heart, and monitors their market presence and behavior on the communications radar closely for a better understanding of market trends. Reports to management on any developments in terms of fundraising programs being developed by peers and market feedback to such.
- Participates in the 360-degrees performance evaluation system that is set for Brave Heart.
