Mercy Corps is looking for an evaluation team with extensive, proven experience in conducting robust qualitative evaluations of development programmes related to peacebuilding and social stability. The prospective service provider will be expected to begin work as soon as possible to coordinate with the programme team and ensure that intermediate outcomes are measured in a timely and effective manner.
