Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Materials
The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.
The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Construction Materials". The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contact etc... for the supplier can be collected from IRC office in Beirut (located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafieh) or in Zahle (Paul Makhoul Bldg – 3rd Floor, Zahle- Hawsh El Omara, Bekaa) or in AKkar (Georges Raad Building-Ground floor-Martmoura St.- Kobayat - Akkar ) or in Tripoli (Al Wafaa Building – 1st Floor, Dam & Farez, Tripoli) starting from August 07, 2019.
Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Nayiri Karageuzian in Beirut Office, Omar Rhimi in Zahle Office, Chady Abou Raad in Akkar Office & Monzer Obeid in Tripoli office. Office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm from Monday till Thursday & 8:30 am - 1:30 pm on Friday. The proposal must be submitted in the format of two separate sealed envelope marked "Construction Materials – Technical Proposal and Construction Materials – Financial Proposal" and hand-delivered to the same address before 16:00 PM on August 26th, 2019.
No proposal shall be accepted after this time.
