Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability And Learning (Meal) Officer – Beirut.

Main tasks and Duties:

Developing Log frames, Indicator plans and MEAL plans.
Designing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools (PSM, PDM, Base/End lines, FGD, Case Studies, …etc.).
Developing MEAL budgets.
Analysis of the collected data using Excel, SPSS and another data analysis and visualization tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, info graphs software, Bower Bi and etc.
Writing MEAL reports
Developing monitoring tools based on indicator plans and through coordination with program and field offices.
Monitoring projects’ activities and providing results reports to program officers.
Organizing project cycle (MEAL sections) using Trello, google drive and other project/ data management tools.
Developing accountability plans for each project and each area of IHR working areas.
Handling and managing beneficiaries’ feedback according to IHR accountability policy.
Communicating with MEAL field teams and help them to implement MEAL plans.
Building the capacity of MEAL field Teams.
Sharing the lesson learnt and recommendations with IHR departments
Archiving his/her work.
Reporting to Regional MEAL Coordinator.
Participate in Meetings, workshops and represent IHR at any event that is related to his/her work.
Establishing Beneficiary database on the server and managing it. ------------------------------------------------------ Qualifications:

1-      Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
2-      Experience at Humanitarian work for 2-3 years at least
3-      Experience at MEAL work for 1 year at least
4-      Experience at database management
5-      Able to work under pressure
6-      Team player
7-      Fast learner
8-      Experience at Networking and server management is preferable
