GIS TRAINING SERVICES

H2ALL is a consortium consisting of the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), World Vision International (WVI), Oxfam GB, and Gruppo di Volontariato Civile (GVC) implementing the ‘Improving access to safe and affordable water to vulnerable communities’ project funded by the EU Regional Trust Fund ‘Madad’. Under H2ALL, GVC is providing capacity building support to several public regional Water Establishments (WE) through the Arab Countries’ Water Utilities Association (ACWUA).

A key component is supporting WEs in setting up, equipping, training, and coaching GIS Units (teams) which support multiple departments. GVC is inviting interested training service providers to submit offers for the delivery of a set of training modules (hereafter referred to as the “Trainings”) in accordance with a Training Plan. The modules are adapted from standard ArcGIS (Esri) training offerings, meant to cover key skill gaps identified by ACWUA, and ranked by order of priority.

GVC is seeking to award a Trainer for a one-year period framework contract during which an as-yet-undefined number of Trainings will be delivered.
