Service Provider/trining for CBT (construction)

 

Makhzoumi Foundation is requesting 3rd party training providers for a project that will end on 31 May 2019 to conduct competency based trainings (CBT) in the construction field which varies from Applying Wallpaper, painting indoor walls, repairing indoor walls, tiling bathroom plastered walls and tiling indoor concrete levelled floors.

The training will be divided into 2 phases

Phase1: 40 hrs of theoretical and hands on training to be concluded with an assessment which will entitles succeeding beneficiaries to join phase 2.

Phase2: 80 hrs of OJT in an MSME (at least 60% of the beneficiaries to join the OJT) where at the end of this period the beneficiaries will be assessed by APAVE.

Each training will be conducted according to a curriculum provided by Makhzoumi Foundation.

The 3rd party provider should provide experienced and well qualified trainers to train the selected curriculums where selected trainers are required to receive a TOT organized by giz before conducting the trainings.

He is also requested to provide a training location for phase 1 of the training and assist in the outreach of beneficiaries in the areas of intervention as per the criteria mentioned above

The 3rd party is to Provide training material for the class (equipment and consumables), kits for the beneficiaries and training locations for the OJT in the areas of the outreach.

Also a follow up on the OJT is requested to be done during the 80 hours accompanied with submitting reports on the visits done to the beneficiaries with progress reports.

The trainings activities should start on 8 April; end date of the activities is 10 May 2019.
